Terms of Service

Larsian is a personal AI agent. It can talk with you, use its own computer, browse the web, remember things you tell it, run routines on a schedule and act in services you connect. Larsian is in early access, so features will change and some may be limited or removed.

You need to be at least 13, or the age of digital consent where you live, to use Larsian. You sign in with Apple or Google and are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at support@larsian.com if you think someone else has access to it.

Use Larsian lawfully and in a way that's fair to others. Don't use it to:

• Break the law, or infringe anyone's rights, privacy or intellectual property.
• Harass, threaten, deceive or impersonate people, or create content that exploits or endangers children.
• Send spam, run scams, or gain access to accounts, systems or data you're not allowed to use.
• Attack, overload or probe Larsian or other services, or get around limits we put in place.
• Build malware, weapons, or anything designed to cause serious harm.

We may limit or suspend accounts that break these rules, and we'll explain why when we can.

Larsian takes actions based on your instructions and the approval mode you choose. You're responsible for what you ask it to do and for actions you approve or allow it to take on its own, including messages sent, purchases made and changes to your files and accounts.

Larsian stops for your approval before deleting files or spending money unless you've given it full access. Review what it proposes before you approve, especially anything that's hard to undo.

Larsian uses AI models, and AI makes mistakes. Its answers can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and the websites and services it uses can be too. Check anything important, and don't rely on Larsian for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions without a qualified professional.

You own what you put into Larsian and what it creates for you. You give us permission to store, process and transmit that content only as needed to run Larsian for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't use your content to train AI models.

Make sure you have the right to share anything you give Larsian, including files and access to other people's information.

When you connect a service, sign in to a website through Larsian, or ask it to use one, your use of that service is governed by its own terms. We're not responsible for other services or what they do with your data.

Larsian is free during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you about the price and what's included before you're charged anything.

You can stop using Larsian and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if we're required to by law, or if we discontinue Larsian, in which case we'll give you reasonable notice to get your files out.

Larsian is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by agreement.

To the extent the law allows, Larsian isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 50 US dollars. This doesn't limit liability that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We'll update these terms as Larsian changes. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app before it applies. If you keep using Larsian after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can delete your account.
